A new series “Sweets of the región” is started in the Blog. Each region of Japan has its own specialty and tradition of sweets and cakes. In this Blog, sweets of the region to which Webmaster is attracted shall be shown. The choice is very subjective.

The sweet introduced at the first blog is sasadango of Niigata Prefecture.
