Admission:¥300 for adult.

 

The donjon of the Castle. Original donjon which was designated as National Treasure was burnt by bombing in 1945 during World War II. The present donjon which reproduces its original appearance was re-constructed in 1966.

   

 

Shachihoko ornaments on the roof of the donjon. Shachihoko is a fabulous dolphin-like fish which water from its mouth, Then its ornament is put as a talisman against fire.
