Blog “Food of the región” is started (2017-08-21)

A new series “Food of the región” is started in the Blog. Each region of Japan has its own specialty and tradition on food and cooking reflecting its geography, climate and history. In the Blog, foods of the region to which Webmaster is attracted shall be introduced. The choice is very subjective.

The food introduced at the first blog is cilled ramen (hiyashi-ramen) in Tochio.
